Luxury Kitchen & Bathroom
Designed Around Your Time
We understand something most contractors overlook: your time matters just as much as the final result. Our in-house designers and full project management team handle every phase — from first sketch through final walk-through — so you never have to coordinate between a designer, a contractor, and a supplier separately.

The One Stop Shop Difference
We Handle Everything.
Start to Finish.
Most homeowners spend weeks — sometimes months — coordinating between an interior designer, a general contractor, a tile supplier, a cabinet rep, and a plumber. They answer to all of them. We eliminate that entirely.
From your first consultation with our in-house design team through the final punch list and walk-through, every decision, every trade, every delivery is managed by one team under one roof. You have a single contact, a single schedule, and a single team accountable to you.
In-House Design
Our staff designers work with you directly — no outsourced design firm, no handoff. Space planning, material selection, finish specifications, and 3D layouts, all in-house.
Sourcing & Procurement
We source cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, and appliances through our vetted supplier network. You select; we handle ordering, logistics, and quality inspection.
Construction & Trade Coordination
Our licensed crews handle demolition, carpentry, tile, plumbing rough-ins, electrical, and installation. Every trade is managed internally — not subcontracted to strangers.
Final Walk-Through & Completion
We don't hand you a key and disappear. We do a detailed punch-list walk-through with you, address every item, and leave your home exactly as promised.

How We Work
No Runaround. No Guesswork.
Just a Clear Path Forward.
We don't believe in dragging out conversations or overcomplicating the process. From the first consultation, our goal is simple: understand exactly what you're looking for — and move forward with purpose.
Homeowners in Greenwich, Westport, New Canaan, Darien, and across Westchester County expect a higher level of service — and we've built our process around that. No chasing estimates. No vague proposals. No unclear timelines.
Our Process

A finished space that's not just complete — but executed to the standard you expected from the start.
Design Philosophy
Designed for How You Actually Live
Whether it's a custom kitchen remodel in Greenwich, a spa-style bathroom in Westport, or bespoke cabinetry in New Canaan — every project we take on is built around real use, not just appearance.
A well-designed space should work just as well as it looks. Our material and layout decisions are driven by how your household actually lives — not by what photographs best in a showroom.

Frequently Asked
Common Questions
- How long does an architectural kitchen renovation take?
- A full kitchen renovation with Three Brothers typically spans 8–14 weeks from design approval to final walk-through, depending on scope and custom lead times. We provide a detailed milestone schedule before work begins — no surprises.
- Do I need an appointment to visit your showrooms?
- No appointment is necessary. Both our Chappaqua and Congers showrooms are open Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5:30pm. Walk in anytime to explore our cabinetry displays, countertop samples, and finish combinations.
- What areas do you serve?
- We serve all of Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT — including Scarsdale, Bronxville, Rye, Armonk, Greenwich, New Canaan, Chappaqua, Larchmont, Bedford, and 22 more communities.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes. Three Brothers Kitchens and Baths holds New York State license WC-37194-H23 and all applicable Connecticut home improvement contractor registrations. We carry full liability and workers' compensation insurance on every project.
- Do I need to hire a separate interior designer?
- No. Three Brothers has in-house designers on staff who manage every aspect of your project — from initial space planning and material selection through final installation. We are a true one-stop shop: design, sourcing, construction, and project management are all handled by our team. You will never need to coordinate between a separate designer and a contractor.
- What materials do you recommend for high-value Westchester estates?
- For kitchen countertops in high-use estate kitchens, we typically recommend non-porous quartzite or engineered quartz — materials that resist etching, staining, and bacterial growth far better than marble. For cabinetry, full-overlay semi-custom or custom cabinet lines in furniture-grade plywood construction outperform particle-board alternatives by decades.
Start With a Real Conversation
If you're ready to remodel your kitchen or bathroom, the next step isn't a sales pitch — it's a conversation focused on what you actually want, and how to get there.
Visit either of our two design showrooms — no appointment necessary — or call to speak directly with a designer.
