Porcelain & ceramic tile
All sizes from classic 12×12 to large-format 24×48. Floor and wall rated. Includes all thinset, grout, and sealer.
Electric radiant heat
Under-tile heating mats with thermostat for bathrooms. Coordinated with electrical rough-in.
Luxury vinyl plank (LVP)
Click-lock floating installation. Waterproof core. Ideal for kitchens and mudrooms.
Hardwood
Solid and engineered hardwood. Nail-down, glue-down, or floating. Can be finished in place.
Natural stone
Marble, travertine, limestone, and slate. Set and grouted with appropriate stone-safe products.
How long does kitchen flooring installation take?
Kitchen tile flooring installation for a typical kitchen takes 2–3 days: one day for setting (tile goes down), cure time, then grouting and cleanup. Hardwood and LVP installation is typically faster — 1 day for most kitchen sizes.
Can you install heated floors?
Yes. We install electric radiant heat systems under tile in bathrooms. The heating mat is installed over the concrete substrate or cement board, wired to a thermostat, and then tile is set over it. We coordinate the electrical connection with our licensed electricians.
