Since 2005
Two Decades of Luxury Remodeling
Founded in 2005 by three brothers with deep roots in Westchester County, our company was built on a simple premise: homeowners deserve a remodeling partner they can trust to deliver exceptional work, on time, without the runaround.
From day one, we chose to build an in-house design team rather than outsource to independent designers. That decision defines how we work: your designer and your contractor are the same team. There is no handoff. No lost communication between a design firm and a building crew. No one pointing fingers when something doesn't line up.
We manage every aspect of your project from the initial design consultation through the final punch list — including sourcing cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, and appliances through our supplier network. You make the decisions. We handle everything else.
Over 500 completed projects later, across 31 communities in Westchester and Fairfield County, that one-stop-shop approach has earned us a reputation that no amount of advertising could buy.

3D layouts, traffic flow analysis, and functional zoning — all produced by our in-house team, not outsourced to a drafting service.
Material & Finish Selection
We guide you through cabinetry, countertops, tile, hardware, and fixtures in our showrooms — with samples, combinations, and honest advice on durability vs. aesthetics.
Sourcing & Procurement
We order everything: cabinets, stone, tile, appliances, fixtures, and specialty hardware. We track lead times, inspect deliveries, and manage returns or replacements.
Permitting & Code Compliance
We pull the necessary permits, coordinate with local building departments, and ensure every phase of the project is inspected and compliant.
Demolition & Preparation
Our licensed crews handle demolition cleanly and professionally — protecting surrounding areas, managing debris removal, and preparing the space for buildout.
Construction & Installation
Carpentry, tile work, cabinetry installation, countertop templating and installation, lighting, plumbing rough-ins and trim-out — all managed by our team.
Trade Coordination
When licensed subcontractors are required (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), we source, schedule, and supervise them. You never have to track down a plumber.
Final Walk-Through & Punch List
We walk through every completed space with you, document any outstanding items, and complete them before we consider the project closed.

Yes. Three Brothers Kitchens and Baths holds New York State contractor license WC-37194-H23 and carries full general liability and workers compensation insurance. License documentation is available upon request before any project begins.
Three Brothers Kitchens and Baths was founded in 2005 and has been serving Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT for over 21 years. We have completed hundreds of kitchen and bathroom renovation projects across the region.
Three Brothers has two design showrooms: Chappaqua at 7 Memorial Drive, 10514 and Congers at 437 Route 9W, 10920. Both showrooms are open Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5:30pm. No appointment is necessary — walk in anytime.
Three Brothers is a true design-build firm. Our in-house designers create your renovation plan, and our project management team coordinates all trade contractors — cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, electrical, and tile — from start to final walk-through. You work with one team throughout the entire project.
We serve all of Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT. This includes Scarsdale, Bronxville, Rye, Armonk, Greenwich, New Canaan, Chappaqua, Larchmont, Bedford, White Plains, Yonkers, and 22+ additional communities across both counties.
