No Runaround. No Vague Estimates.

A Private Consultation
Built Around Your Project

At Three Brothers Kitchens and Baths, we know homeowners are not looking for vague proposals, unnecessary delays, or back-and-forth that goes nowhere. Our design consultation is a direct, productive conversation — in your home, with our in-house team — that ends with a clear design direction and a detailed written proposal.

What to Expect

A Three Brothers design consultation is complimentary and takes 60–90 minutes. Our in-house designer meets you at your home, measures the space, reviews your goals, and discusses design direction and material options. Within two weeks you receive a 3D rendering and an itemized written proposal. No obligation to proceed.

In the Consultation

What We Cover

We do not send a salesperson. Our in-house designer handles your consultation — the same person who will work with you through design and material selection if you choose to move forward.

1

Space Measurement

We measure every dimension of the space — including ceiling heights, window and door locations, and utilities — so your 3D design is accurate, not approximate.

2

Design Goals & Priorities

We ask the right questions: what is not working now, what matters most, how the space gets used, and what design direction you are drawn to.

3

Material & Finish Direction

We discuss cabinetry styles, countertop surfaces, hardware, fixtures, and appliances at a level of specificity that lets you make real decisions — not open-ended choices.

4

Timeline Discussion

We give you a realistic sense of lead times, installation duration, and what living through the project looks like — so there are no surprises.

5

Investment Range

We provide a realistic investment range based on what we discussed. You will not leave without a sense of what your project is likely to cost.

After the Consultation

Material Specifications

A detailed list of every item specified — cabinet line and door style, countertop material and finish, hardware, fixtures — so you know exactly what you are buying.

Project Timeline

A written timeline from design finalization through installation completion, including material lead times and key milestones.

Consultation Questions

What happens at a design consultation with Three Brothers?

We meet at your home, measure the space, review your goals and priorities, discuss materials and design direction, and take detailed photographs. Within two weeks, you receive a 3D design rendering and an itemized written proposal. There is no obligation to proceed.

How long does the design consultation take?

Plan for 60–90 minutes for a kitchen consultation, and 45–60 minutes for a bathroom. We cover the full scope — design goals, layout, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, timeline, and investment range — so you leave with a clear picture of what your project will involve.

Is the design consultation complimentary?

Yes. The in-home design consultation and the proposal are complimentary. You are under no obligation to proceed after receiving your proposal.

How soon can I get a consultation scheduled?

We typically schedule in-home consultations within 5–10 business days. You can also visit either of our showrooms — Chappaqua (7 Memorial Dr) or Congers (437 Rt 9W) — Monday through Saturday, 9am–5:30pm, no appointment needed.

Can I get a consultation for a project in Fairfield County, CT?

Yes. We serve all of Fairfield County — Greenwich, Darien, New Canaan, Westport, Wilton, Ridgefield, Weston, Fairfield, Norwalk, Stamford, and surrounding communities — in addition to all of Westchester County, NY.

What should I prepare before my design consultation?

We recommend reviewing our Consultation Prep Guide at /prepare-for-your-consultation. In short: gather images of kitchens or bathrooms you admire, have a rough sense of your timeline, and think through the functional problems you want to solve. We handle everything else.
